All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, however the delivery time may take longer and depends on post courier or 3rd Party Freight Company service.
Domestic Shipping
Kasa Pannelli ships products within contigious United States and US Territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands.
The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Kasa Pannelli will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately at info@kasapannelli.com so we can contact the post carrier and file the claim.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. For wholesale or large quantity orders please contact us directly.
If you wish to edit, change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please send us an e-mail at sales@kasapannelli.com explaining what you wish to change or why you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to modify, change or cancel it.
